We love overland adventuring because it brings our family together with good friends in great places. And the convenience of overland camping allows new friends to easily join the adventure. You just need reliable transportation and some basic camping equipment.
I remember, as a kid, camping with my family and the excitement of venturing away from home to experience areas I had never previously visited. Those positive camping experiences with the family created the momentum for me to continue camping as my life evolved. I eventually took up motocross, riding with friends for nearly three decades, exploring the Western US and Baja California, creating uniquely memorable overland trips on two wheels.
But life has evolved once again. I continue to fill my soul with the excitement and well-being of involving the family in overland camping. As part of the adventure, SoCal Overland provides you with our stories of outings accomplished, invitations to join future overland adventures, as well as insights on our experience with all sorts of camping gear. We will probably talk a little about our Jeep too.
For us, overland camping will continue to provide the opportunity of going places, getting outdoors, and experiencing new environments together as a family. We hope you will follow our stories and join us on a future overland adventure.
